What is the Fastest Way to Lose Weight?
As an avid reader of all things fitness, I keep studying different weight training and fitness routines. One of the programs that I kept hearing about was the Fat Burning Furnace system, which is being touted as the most effective and fastest way to lose weight. Not impressed with just reviews on the Internet, I decided to look at it myself, and see whether it really lives up to its “Fifteen Minute Miracle System” hype. Here’s my no-holds barred Fat Burning Furnace review.

What I got was an eBook with almost 180 pages of content in it. The Fat Burning Furnace is the creation of Rob Poulos, who himself lost around 42 pounds
of body fat using techniques from his own system. So we know he’s teaching what has already worked for him, and not some theory he simply copied from others. First impression: Good!
The initial sections of the eBook clear up a few popular myths in weight training (like, did you know sit-ups and crunches are not the fastest way to lose weight or get a six pack. Bet you didn’t know that!). It talks a bit about total fitness, a concept that goes beyond weight loss and how it benefits every aspect of your life. For me, it’s a pleasant change from other fitness programs I’ve seen as most of them only focus on the physical part of the workout.
From my own experience, both males and females can do almost any exercise. And the Fat Burning Furnace system vouches for it-it works for men and women, and irrespective of their age.
One of the main talking points of this product is why we should focus on fat loss instead of weight loss, and I absolutely agree with it! Without going too much technical, muscle weighs more than fat and when you do the exercises recommended in this system or any other, you’ll replace your body fat with lean muscle, and hence your weight will probably not vary too much. But what it also means is you’ll be shedding more fat (which is a good thing!) as muscle aids faster metabolism in the body.

Why is this program so great?
Midway through the book, I am probably beginning to understand why it’s so popular and is called by some as the fastest way to lose weight. You really don’t have to go to the gym, or even have any kind of weight training equipment to implement this system! What you need to do is just 15 minutes of high intensity workouts. The focus of the program is Strength and Resistance Training, which develops lean muscle and leads to fat loss in a more efficient and safer way. I agree with that!
By the way, do you realize that your slow, boring cardio, and sweating buckets on the treadmill or elliptical machine, is also pretty much ineffective and is not the quickest way to lose weight? Now you know, and the Fat Burning Furnace explains why. And more importantly, it tells you what to do instead.
The heart of the system is the exercise routines, which have been clearly categorized for different people in terms of their fitness and training experience. So if you’re totally new, start with the Beginner routine and graduate your way to higher levels, and if you already have been working out for some time, you’ll do well with the Intermediate level. Each routine includes exercises to be done and their respective sets and reps.
What did you say, “You don’t know how to deadlift?” No worries, because the Fat Burning Furnace includes ‘How-to’ explanations of over 30 exercises with clear images demonstrating these exercises.
Okay, all the busy people will love this section of the eBook as it explains how to set up a home gym with bare minimum equipment. It’ll not cost a bomb and Rob gives his recommendations for quality products, so you are in safe hands while buying them. So all you busy folks, now you don’t have any excuse not to workout!
And what about those who can’t afford expensive gym memberships or setting up a home gym? No sweat, as the Fat Burning Furnace has several body-weight routines too that are extremely effective, and can be done without any equipment, from the comfort of your home. Sweet!
The other important aspect of fat loss is nutrition and this eBook has a whole section on it. What foods to eat, what are the recommended eating routines and your daily food plans, all is covered here. It also dispels the myth of fad diets and hyped-up supplements.
One of the last sections is for the seniors, and explains why it’s important for them to do Strength Training exercises. The good thing is, with slight modification and the book tells how, seniors can also incorporate the Fat Burning System in their exercise routine. Makes sense, as people in their old age do lose strength quickly if they’re not physically active.
Pros:
- Easy to read, and covers almost all important aspects of fitness and weight loss
- Can be done in your home, and without any expensive equipment
- Exercise routines are simple, yet effective and can be performed quickly
- Clear explanations of exercises with photos (though videos could have been even better)
Cons:
- Slightly surprised to find no fat loss recipes, but the book does point to a resource where you can access tons of healthy meal ideas.
- Rob Poulos, doesn’t show pictures of the women doing the excises. He even acknowledges this himself and one of the first things he says is, “You must understand right now that these fat loss and fitness techniques work for both men and women, young and older. While some of the exercise methods may appear to be activities suited for younger men only, this is NOT the case.” He has specific exercises for both sexes, and he goes on to explain how each exercise should be used different depending on the sex. This is by no means a big deal, and this was really my only complaint. I just wished he targeted it a little better on the sales page and in the eBook, because if you read it you will understand that his methods will work for people of all ages, whether you are a male or female. It shows people of all ages staying fit is possible when you have the right tools, proper motivation, and the commitment to achieve your goals.
Final Thoughts: Fat Burning Furnace
So what do I finally think of the eBook? I think it’s an excellent product, and while it may take a few more than 15 minutes a day, you owe it to yourself to make a commitment and follow it. The exercise routines and nutritional advice are very good and will work for you, if you implement them in your lifestyle. You also get an access to a metabolic rate calculator that will tell you your daily calorie requirement; they also have a support desk, so you can get your questions about the system answered by Rob and his team. Hope the review helps. It may or may not prove to be the fastest way to lose weight, but it does promise to be an excellent system for fat loss, and you will not go wrong with it.
